Prague, 15 July 2021: Pavlína Janíková has joined the management of Ness Czech, a major Czech system integrator and member of the global Ness Digital Engineering group, as Vice President HR & Marketing. She comes to her new position with extensive experience in human resources management and marketing in multinational IT companies and from her own private business.
Pavlína Janíková, known as Mourečková in IT, started her professional career at SAP ČR, where she was responsible for marketing and PR. She then held the position of marketing director at Oracle Czech, where as a member of the management team she participated in a project of comprehensive transformation of processes and corporate culture, which significantly contributed to strengthening the company’s position on the Czech and Slovak markets. At the same time, she was actively involved in global innovation projects that led to the establishment of international competence centres for business services in Prague and Brno.
After leaving the corporate world, Pavlína Janíková founded her own company focusing on strategic human resources management. Together with a team of consultants, she implemented several long-term projects in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
As Vice President HR & Marketing at Ness Czech, she is responsible for the Czech and Slovak markets. “My main task is to prepare and implement a new strategy that will contribute to the growth of awareness of Ness Czech and its innovative projects and services. The aim is to support the planned growth and develop professional competences,” says Pavlína Janíková.
Pavlína Janíková has a degree in economics with a focus on foreign trade. In her spare time, besides her family, she is interested in psychology and sociology. She believes that a better understanding of human motivation and behaviour can significantly influence the quality of personal and professional life.
