Founded in 1993, our company has helped with the integration of software products to make businesses more efficient.

1990

Establishment of the APP Group

1999

Formation of Ness Technologies through the merger of 6 Israeli IT companies

2003

Merger of APP and other companies with Ness Technologies to form Ness Czech, Ness Romania, and Ness India

2005

Acquisition of Efcon, Radix, and Delta to form Ness Slovakia

2008

Acquisition of Logos

2011

Ness Technologies goes private, focusing on digital engineering. Ness Digital Engineering (NDE) is born and acquires other companies in the U.S.

2018

Merger of all sister companies into one NDE entity

2019

Awarded by Silicon India Magazine as "Best Company to Work for 2019"

2020

Ness expands into the German market

2021

Acquisition of Premier Consulting Partner status with AWS

Ness Czech has a new owner, the global investment company KKR
