Prague, October 3, 2024: Ness Czech, one of the largest Czech IT service providers and a leading Czech system integrator, has welcomed Andrea Hepnerova as Director of SAP Division. She has long focused on the digital transformation of corporations and improving business processes. Previously, she held various local and global SAP positions, as SAP consultant, manager and director, and VP HR for SAP SuccessFactors solution sales. In recent years, she has helped companies abroad to optimize their corporate processes especially in the areas of IT and HR.
“Andrea brings to Ness experience from the IT sector, banking, automotive and consulting. She has many years of experience with SAP solutions, which she intends to capitalize on not only with our existing customers, but also for the benefit of new projects and opportunities,” says Martin Silvička, CEO of Ness Czech.
Over the course of her career, Andrea Hepner has earned a reputation for building and leading global shared and digital service centers for large corporations, including SAP, where she was recognized with the SAP Human Resources Innovation Award. She is an advocate for neurodiversity and inclusion, and at SAP in the Czech Republic she was instrumental in launching the Autism at Work program, which opens the door for greater inclusion of people with autism spectrum disorder in the workplace.
“I am currently working on the SAP strategy for Ness Czech, which will be growth and development. I perceive that we need to strengthen and stabilize the team and I foresee the development of cooperation with Ness Digital Engineering. Especially on foreign projects where we want to help customers with their digital transformation. Besides SAP implementations, Ness’ strength is mainly in system integration and the ability to further develop software according to customer needs. And we will continue to build on these capabilities in the future,” summarizes Andrea Hepnerová, the new SAP Division Director at Ness Czech.
