The challenge was to adapt the application for the Polish market by addressing local legislative requirements, integrating with Polish registers, and implementing a new workflow for client data collection, credit approval, and contract signing.
The Solution
Ness Czech localized and tailored the application for the Polish market, creating a seamless workflow that enables customers to secure loans of up to EUR 2,000 within five minutes. The streamlined loan process includes selecting goods and instalment plans, entering basic contact details, uploading a photo ID, and receiving instant application evaluation. Once approved, the contract is signed using a confirmation SMS code. The solution was integrated with Polish registers and fully aligned with local legislative requirements, ensuring compliance and smooth operation in the new market.
The Results
The application introduced a fast, efficient, and user-friendly solution to the Polish market, allowing customers to obtain consumer loans within minutes by entering minimal information. This significantly simplified and accelerated the hire purchase process.
In Italy, where a similar solution is used by over 10,000 outlets, a survey revealed that 37% of customers would not have made a purchase without the app, while 31% opted to buy more expensive goods than initially planned. The average price of purchased goods increased by 54%, highlighting the app’s effectiveness in boosting sales and customer spending. By adopting this fast-lending application, Polish retailers have the potential to replicate these successes, driving higher sales, increasing average transaction values, and enhancing overall turnover.
