Prague, 27 January 2023: International office and school supplies manufacturer Kores has selected Ness Czech to develop and support its SAP solution. Ness Czech succeeded primarily due to its competence in SAP and extensive experience in providing support in an international environment. Ness continues to pursue its strategy of establishing its SAP division in foreign markets and international companies.
Ness will provide support and development of SAP solutions for Kores in the countries where the company has manufacturing plants and subsidiaries, not only in Europe but also in Latin America. “The customer was convinced by our competence in the development and support of SAP solutions. Our experience in SAP application change management, system updates and coordinated development of the entire platform across many countries and manufacturing sites is also important,” says Martin Silvička, CEO of Ness Czech.
NESS experts will first focus on the system status and handling of tickets and incidents. Gradually, change management will be introduced and an EDI interface for automated information transfer with business partners will be deployed.
