Prague, 23 March 2022: Martin Silvička has become CEO of Ness Czech, a leading Czech IT integrator and part of the global Ness Digital Engineering group. Martin Silvička has been with Ness Czech since 2005 and has joined the newly created position as part of organisational changes to support business development.
Martin Silvička (45) started his working career at ÚVT, where he worked as an analyst and also participated in business development. Subsequently, at Logos, he was mainly involved in telecommunications projects, for example for Škoda Auto, Česká pojišt’ovna, Eurotel, Mobilkom and Telefónica. After the merger of Logos with Ness, he continued to focus on the telecommunications sector, and later also worked on projects in the state administration. His clients included T-Mobile, O2 and ČUZK. Prior to becoming CEO, he held the position of Vice President for the CEE region and Sector Director for Government and Telecommunications.
In addition to the creation of the position of CEO, Ness Czech has simplified the organizational structure at the management level and abolished the division into separate divisions in order to facilitate communication and streamline cooperation between the sales and implementation departments. This also eliminated the positions of Vice President at division level and Vice President for HR & Marketing. The telecommunications sector will be represented by Martin Broskevic, the public administration and utilities sector by Pavel Šubrt, the manufacturing sector by Ivo Procházka and the finance sector will be temporarily represented directly by Martin Silvička. The company also intends to focus more on HR and marketing, which it considers critical for success in the IT market today. Marketing activities will be managed by Anna Laviana Ludvíková and HR by Helena Římovská.
