A well-known international financial company specializing in consumer loans has decided to expand and modernize its services and create a mobile application for fast and convenient processing of consumer loans. The main challenges were integrating the app with local data registers, introducing automated extraction of personal data, creating a workflow for loan approvals and digital signatures of contracts.
Solution
Ness experts have developed a mobile application on the Microsoft Azure platform. The app allows customers to obtain consumer credit from CZK 2,000 to CZK 50,000 from any location with internet access. The approval process takes place in a few minutes and requires only the entry of basic information and confirmation of the application via SMS code. The mobile app has been launched on Android and iOS devices and is available for download on the Google Play and App Stores.
Result
The creation of the app has brought the finance company significant improvements in the speed and efficiency of lending. In addition, the application is characterised by high user satisfaction thanks to a simple and digitised process of approval and signing of contracts. Thanks to this solution, more than 20,000 loans have been negotiated in the 2 years since its launch, significantly increasing the turnover of traders.
