Prague, 30 April 2024 – Ness Czech, a leading Czech system integrator, achieved one of its most successful years in 2023, marking a 33% year-on-year increase in turnover to nearly CZK 1 billion. Under the leadership of CEO Martin Silvička, the company has solidified its position as a key player in both public and commercial IT sectors, setting ambitious goals for continued growth in 2024.
Driving Growth and Expanding Horizons
Building on its success in flagship projects like the Digital Technical Maps programme, Ness Czech plans to target new markets and clients. “We aim to advance state digitization efforts while also expanding into the commercial sector, with a focus on ERP solutions powered by SAP technology,” said Silvička.
This rapid growth has prompted changes to the company’s management structure, including the introduction of divisional directors and a new Chief Operating Officer (COO) role, to be filled by long-time management team member Martin Broskevic.
- Public Administration Division: Led by Pavel Šubrt, managing key projects totaling CZK 2 billion.
- Commercial Sector Division: Directed by Michal Bulánek, focusing on new technologies and digital transformation.
- International Business Division: Headed by Adam Melichar, leveraging local expertise in global client projects.
Strong Backing from KKR and Multinational Reach
Since its acquisition by the global investment group KKR in 2022, through parent company Ness Digital Engineering, Ness Czech has strengthened its capacity to handle large-scale projects in public and commercial sectors. The backing of a strong multinational group provides Ness Czech with access to global resources and expertise while preserving its independent local management.
